"In this fast paced world customer service and quality are words that sometimes get lost in the shuffle and it is quite unusual to encounter these in today's market. I try to run a professional business and it is our practice to try and go the extra step for our patients. It is very refreshing when I encounter somebody who does the same. As you are well aware, your company outfitted my house with the stereo, communications and media system. From the time you began the project, when my house was just beginning to be built, to the time that we activated the "on" button, everything was done in an excellent manner. I cannot say how professional your employees were, how much they respected our privacy and our home and how well they counseled us on what was necessary and unnecessary to have and exceptional system. They certainly worked well to stay within budget and we have had no problem with the installation or equipment. However, when there was a question of how something works or what needed to be done, they were always there immediately on the spot in their courteous and respectful manner.

We use our media system everyday and the security and convenience from the other installations are appreciated on a 24-hour basis.
