"If your business is similar to mine people rarely take the time to Write you a letter unless there is a problem. Every once in a while someone sends me a nice letter and it is a pleasure to open and read. I was very happy with the installation at my last house and now that you have finished the installation at my new house I am taking the time to write you one of those letters that are nice to get. The system all works like you said it would and the concept of having the whole house wired to a single rack of equipment really works well for me.

Doug and Rich do a great job. On my installation they had to connect all the TVs on three floors to a single equipment rack in the basement and they did it flawlessly. You cannot tell they have been in the house. It is refreshing to do business with people who are perfectionists and are more worried about the finished product than you are.
