"I wanted to take a few minutes and write to tell you what a great experience it was to deal with your organization. I have been planning for my dedicated home theater for several years and finally got serious last August. I spoke to you on the phone and asked you where I should begin. You introduced me to Greg Margeson. Greg took the time to meet with me at my home and look at the space. He asked me several questions so he could understand exactly what I was trying to accomplish. The result was a written design that when read gave me the feeling that I was sitting in my new theater.

I acted as the general contractor on finishing our third floor project and did much of the labor myself (framing, paining, etc.). As a result I was probably more particular than most homeowners. I coordinated with many contractors including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, insulation, etc., none of which seemed to take as much pride in their work as did Mike and his partner. The wiring was clean and precise and everything was in the exact location we had specified. Coordinating the project with Doug's help was also a pleasure.

He was in constant communication with me as the project progresses. I wish all the companies we dealt with on this project were as easy to work with as yours.
