Finishing strong and really finishing

Your System Designer will be tracking the final installation and QA checks on your project. He or she will schedule an appointment to meet with you at your home a few days after completion. You'll review the original Design and Proposal and confirm that every aspect of your system performs as specified.

You'll also review any changes you approved during the project as well as your invoices, payments, and final billing. If we've done everything as promised in our Project Agreement and if you're happy that the project is complete, you'll be asked to sign-off and make your final payment.

We'll also ask you to fill out our Completion Survey. It's a dozen questions that let us know how we did and it drives our efforts for constant improvement.
